A more detailed visit for a seasonal reset or a change of address. We allow extra time for buildup, baseboards, cabinet fronts, and the areas agreed in your quote.

Practical cleaning for small offices, studios, and neighborhood shops. Shared kitchens, restrooms, accessible desks, bins, and floors get a consistent routine.

How much does a cleaner cost in Portland?
Your quote depends on square footage, the number of bathrooms, the condition of the space, and how often you need cleaning. Tell us those details and any extras; we confirm the price and scope before you book.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We bring cleaning products and equipment for the agreed work. Let us know about delicate finishes, fragrance sensitivities, or a product you want us to use before your visit so we can confirm a suitable approach.
What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains bathrooms, kitchens, accessible surfaces, and floors. Deep cleaning adds time for accumulated buildup and agreed detail work, such as baseboards and cabinet fronts; appliance interiors are quoted separately.
Can you clean my office outside business hours?
Early or after-hours office cleaning may be available by arrangement. We confirm access instructions, alarm procedures, and the cleaning schedule before the first visit.
Do I have to be home while the cleaner works?
No, as long as we agree on secure access in advance. Please put away valuables, clear loose items from surfaces, and keep pets in a comfortable separate area.
